Entrecard.com is a new site by Graham Langdon, the creator of MillionDollarWiki.com. Entrecard is a virtual business card widget where you can earn advertising credits (called EC or EntreCard Credits) and also promote your own site within the network (similar to BlogRush).This type of free advertising or promotion works on an exchange basis (where both publishers and advertisers are members of the same network) and will help to boost traffic to your blog.
Things that you need to know about EntreCard:
* One account only support single site. If you have multiple blogs, then you have to either register multiple accounts (with different emails) or rotate your blog advertisement card.
* Regardless of your site ranking (Page Rank) or site traffic, the value of your EC fluctuates depending on the queue and demand and supply of EC usage among members.
On the positive side:
* EntreCard required that the site that is advertising your blog ads card to display the ads card for a whole day. This is similar to banner advertising except that banner advertising are priced according to impression (number of time it was displayed). Long term banner advertising (for example, on a monthly basis) will cost you a fortune.
* Depending on your credits, you can opt to advertise your blog card at other sites for a number of days.
* EntreCard allows the blog owner to accept or reject what kind of blog card that can be advertise on their site.

* Since EntreCard use a queuing system, everyone will have a fair chance to have their blog card display in the network for at least 24 hours. This means equal visibility.
How EntreCard can increase your site traffic:
* EntreCard have potential to grow into a bigger network or community and this means more exposure.
* EntreCard use an image (for example 125 x 125 pixels size) to represent that identity of your blog. With graphic card (instead of plain text), it have better chance to attract visitor to your site.
